Shipping policy
Please allow 2 to 5 days for processing, depending on the size of the order. Promotions or holiday orders may require 5 to 7 days for processing. The shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Refund policy
We have a 10 Day return policy. You have ten days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To initiate a return, please us the contact form with details about why you are returning the product.
You will receive a response within 24 to 48 business hours, including a return shipping label and instructions for the return process. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Replacement Items: We will send replacement items within two business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges, as the products cannot be resold.
Refunds: We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
