Refund policy

We have a 10 Day return policy. You have ten days from the date of receipt to request a return.

 

To initiate a return, please us the contact form with details about why you are returning the product. 

 

You will receive a response within 24 to 48 business hours, including a return shipping label and instructions for the return process. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

 

Replacement Items

We will send replacement items within two business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as the products cannot be resold. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
